She calls herself a creator. Simple as that. But once you go through her work experience of almost 10 years, a degree in Digital Media from Otis College of Art & Design, a 3.4 GPA and long list of awards and accolades.
And you realize the brilliance behind her simple statement.
Can Love is an organization I am proud to have been a part of since its inception. We create works of art from abandoned and discarded spray paint cans, taking the graffiti and sculpture medium to a new level. Each step of the process, from extracting paint to opening and disassembling the can, lends itself to a new form of art.
Hillary Coe
Hillary Coe’s work displays an amazing strength and appeal that is direct and very out of the ordinary. I just love the fact that she REcreated art out of discarded spray cans and nozzles, the ones that were done spraying out paint for Graffiti etc. Her floral sculptures and paintings demand your complete attention.
Can Love: I’d definitely like to add the ‘Orchid Plant’ to my living room. So creative, upcycling, eye-pleasing but most of all, no worries about watering!
